1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, sliced
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 yellow onion
1 lime, quartered
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup sour cream
Taco seasoning
8 flour tortillas
1 bundle of cilantro, for garnish
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in pan, then add chicken with 2 tbsp of taco seasoning and cook until browned, about 7 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.
Slice the peppers and onion. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in chicken pan, add sliced veggies with 2 tbsp of taco seasoning and sautee until caramelized.
Mix chicken, peppers, and onion together. Serve fajitas in flour tortillas, topped with sour cream, lime juice, and cilantro.
