Chicken Egg Rolls

INGREDIENTS

1 Tbsp avocado oil 

1 1/2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken

1 tsp garlic

2 Tbsp soy sauce

1 Tbsp sesame oil

1/4 tsp ginger

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

8 oz Marketside tri color coleslaw blend

2 green onion, chopped

CutDaCarb flatbread

whipped cream cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat avocado oil in skillet and sauté chicken until browned. Stir in garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, & pepper. Add coleslaw blend and green onion. Cook an additional 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Cut each flatbread into 4 smaller rectangles. Spread a small amount of cream cheese on one corner. Add 2 Tbsp chicken mixture then fold in edges and roll up towards the cream cheese corner.

Fry in avocado oil until golden on all sides.
