7 Secrets to balance your body
Ever feel “off” but can’t quite put your finger on why? It might be your chakras calling for attention.
Are you familiar with Chakras?

What is Chakra?
Chakras are like little spinning wheels of energy in your body, each one tied to a specific area and aspect of your life—like your emotions, physical health, or even creativity.
The concept comes from ancient Indian traditions and dates back thousands of years, rooted in practices like yoga and Ayurveda. Think of them as your body’s energy checkpoints—when they’re balanced, you’ll feel amazing.
But…
When a chakra is out of balance, it can lead to specific health issues…but with a few small steps…you can bring things back into harmony.
I’d like to share with you some basic information about your 7 chakras, their connections to your health, and how to realign them naturally.
1. Root Chakra (Muladhara)
- Location: Base of the spine
- Governs: Stability, safety, grounding
- Symptoms of imbalance: Fatigue, lower back pain, constipation, anxiety
- Natural remedies:
- Walk barefoot on grass or soil (grounding)
- Eat root vegetables like carrots, beets, and sweet potatoes
- Meditate and reassure yourself “I am safe and secure”
- Use patchouli or cedarwood essential oils
***The root chakra is basically the starting point for Kundalini energy, which is often called your “life force.” It’s like the base of a coiled spring at the bottom of your spine. When the root chakra is balanced and you awaken Kundalini, this energy starts to uncoil and rise through all your chakras, bringing spiritual growth, clarity, and a sense of total connection.
