Ribeye Steak Tacos

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 bone in Ribeye or Delmonico steak
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper (more or less to taste)
  • Splash Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 lime
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Cook steak, and cut into small cubes
  • Add salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, oregano & cayenne
  • At the last few minutes of cooking, add in the minced garlic, cook until fragrant
  • Add the splash of apple cider vinegar, squeeze lime onto meat
  • Serve in flour or corn tortillas, top with cheese, guacamole, sour cream or any of your favorite taco toppings
