Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/4 c Butter softened
  • 1/4 c brown sugar
  • 1/4 (or slightly less) regular sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Half an egg (just crack it and tip until you’ve got about half)
  • 3/4 c gluten free flour +2TBS
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c chocolate chips
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Blend brown and white sugar with butter until smooth using a mixer.
  • Add half egg and vanilla, mix slowly
  • Add in your dry ingredients (flour, baking soda & salt) and beat with mixer until well blended
  • Hand stir in chocolate chips with a spoon
  • Bake in a 350° oven on cookie sheet for 7-10 minutes (less for chewy, more for crunchy cookies)
    Yield: 1 dozen
