Place fresh or frozen chicken wings in a large bowl, completely cover with soy sauce, and liberally sprinkle with garlic powder (more or less to your liking)
Marinate the wings covered in the fridge for 3 days, occasionally shifting the wings around in the mixture.
Preheat oven to 375° Bake the chicken wings on a baking sheet for 25 minutes, then turn the broiler to high, broil 5 minutes, flip, broil other side for 5 minutes.
